This puzzle is a exchange puzzle by Albert Violant i Holz for the International Puzzle Party 25 held in Helsinki, Finland 2005

Goal:

Put the 16 wooden pieces of the puzzle together in order to form a 4x4x4 cube, so that all the metal bars remain in the interior of the structure, passing through the holes.

The pieces:

The sixteen shapes of the puzzle: All the wooden pieces have the same L-shape formed by four unit cubes. The set of pieces is obtained from the sixteen ways of placing holes on this L-shape.
