Description
this auction is for Nesting Cubes, one of four twistypuzzle transformations designed by Tony Fisher and sold by him at Dutch Cube Day in 2007.  it is a kilominx-type puzzle built on a Dogic core, with coloured vinyl stickers on cast resin pieces.  it is in excellent physical condition and turning is fairly smooth.

unfortunately, the signature and date are badly faded on this one (see second to last photo).  comparing it to the signatures on the other two, both perfectly legible, and assuming that all were written in the same biro ink, i can only assume that the prior owner did not keep it away from sunlight.

more information is available in the Twistypuzzles Museum entries:
[Nesting Cubes]  [Dogic]  [Dogic mechanism]

two more Dutch Cube Day puzzles, Rhomball and Bicone, are listed separately.  the fourth, Icosahedron Megaminx, is not in my collection.

thanks to Juan Roure on Twistypuzzles.com for use of the DCD pricelist photo.

I've been collecting puzzles for about 45 years.  I'm selling some of my collection because my wife has some serious medical problems and we've run out of money.

The collection is currently archived in plastic bins, out of sunlight, away from pets, in a humidity-stable room and in a non-smoking household.

Every item will be examined prior to listing, photographed from all sides, and any flaws or damage will be noted.
Typical image sequence will be: overall (with U.S. quarter for scale), front, right, back, left, top, bottom, and details if deemed necessary.  Additional photos will be uploaded or sent on request.

I will use USPS Priority Mail, insured for the full amount of the puzzle.

Buyer pays shipping, to be calculated after the sale. (Please don't send payment until the total is updated with the shipping cost.)

Payment is via PayPal only.

Thank you for looking, and good luck if you bid.

⟬ Smallbox Fortnight ⟭——10. Eric Fuller - Small Box Oneː Window Box (2019) from Eric's decription: "Window Box" is a devious drawer tucked into a box with lots going on for its size. The large hole in the box serves as a window into the mechanism...careful observation and experimenting is necessary to reveal its secrets. I'm very happy with how this box turned out, the mechanism works flawlessly and repeatably once you know the scoop. made from: pa...

⟬ Smallbox Fortnight ⟭——30. traditional Japanese box: 4-step 1 sun (maker & date unknown) general notes on the traditional boxes: this, like the other traditional Japanese boxes in this fortnight, may have come from Mary & Mike at PuzzleBoxWorld, but beyond that possibility i have no information on it. the last photo shows the box open, which i'm assuming is not too much of a spoiler for anyone here. i do this mainly for those who might be interest...
