The Chilian [sic] Puzzle, aka Chilean Puzzle, with advertising tags and instructions stamped into the two metal tags. See pics. Probably ~1920's. Some light corrosion on the steel arms. Object: remove loose ring and put it on again. One tag says: Phenyo Caffein - Cures Headaches and Neuralgia - Phenyo C. Co - Worcester, Mass.
