Was this one of the first TIC puzzles, invented even before the term Turning Interlocking Cube?

Puzzle Goal:  Form a fractalized cube.

I have solved and reset the puzzle several times.  It's such a satisfying process!

This puzzle was an entry in the 2004 International Puzzle Party (IPP) Design Competition in Tokyo, Japan.


The puzzle is located in the United States, but I will ship worldwide.
