Description

5L Bin by Goh Pit Khiam / Cubic Dissection

From Eric Fuller's Cubic Dissection workshop, this puzzle has commanding shelf appeal with clean aluminum lines contrasting with a finely made walnut box.

CD website says "5L Bin is an engaging binary sequence puzzle from designer Pit Khiam Goh. Known for his work in creating complex sequential mechanisms, 5L Bin results from Pit folding n-ary concepts into a packing puzzle format. The goal is to remove all five pieces and then pack them back into the box.

5L Bin is an extremely well made puzzle. The walnut box is constructed with rounded edges, resulting in a pleasing tactile sensation. The precision-milled aluminum pieces slide smoothly into place with a satisfying click. Once assembled, the contrasting dark wood and bright metal create a visually compelling combination. 5L Bin just begs to be picked up and solved repeatedly."

New in original box with all inserts.  Read more here: 5L Bin

Tempting Balance by Tatsuo Miyamoto (Karakuri)A great idea from Miyamoto, he commented "This work was designed for an exhibition with the theme, “Karakuri Experiments”. It was challenging to create it. Last year, I bought a set of balance scales at an antique store. It fit the theme of experimentation, so I took a chance and made it into a Karakuri work piece. It was a challenge to create a retro atmosphere."New in original box with all inserts.Shipping by USPS, payment via Zelle, check ...
