Lockout vintage lock puzzle (1990) by Tri-Tec Industries - Irwin Toy Ltd

Selling this lock puzzle from 1990, called Lockout. Goal is to remove the shackle by rearranging the 9 light blue boxes on the inside and the dark blue sliders on top (the blocks can also be pulled up and the tops turned).

Please note that the light blue pieces show some discoloration. All pieces still slide (although perhaps not as smooth as originally). The puzzle is pretty big (about 10" / 25cm high) and is currently not fully reset. I have photos of the instructions/manual available on request.
