Description

I have decided to offer up this puzzle in an effort to further thin out my personal collection.

This clever packing puzzle was Henry’s  IPP 27 Exchange puzzle on the Gold Coast in Australia.  Stewart originally named this puzzle EL-Hole and renamed for its subsequent release as an exchange puzzle.

There’s usually a distinction between a packing versus unpacking type puzzles, however this one actually fits into both categories quite nicely.  I received it already packed and can certainly attest to its unpacking challenge!

Here’s Stewart’s description:

“Six polycube pieces, five of one kind R and a sixth its mirror image L, are to be assembled inside a slightly oversized 2x3x4 box with L-shaped opening in the top, presumably one way and in one order only, which is quite tricky and involves rotation.”

Shipping cost to be determined at close of auction.

30 Notched Sticks - George Hart - 3D printed by Stephanie Cervi
This is a cool puzzle that displays nicely, although it does come apart I wouldn’t suggest it as it does not contain a key piece. Here’s a description from Stephanie:“This exceptionally challenging stick assembly puzzle is made up of 30 identical sticks, arranged along the edges of a dodecahedron.  Getting started is easy enough, but the last few pieces will delight and confound even experienced puzzlers.”Shipping cost to be determined at close of auction.

Slot Machine - Stewart Coffin Design #185 by Henry Strout
I have decided to offer up this puzzle in an effort to further thin out my personal collection.  This classic Coffin design was Henry’s IPP 24 Exchange puzzle at Tokyo, Japan  in 2004 and marked his second appearance in the exchange.Eric Fuller (RIP) released (2005) a modified version with a wood slotted top to make the puzzle much more difficult! Here’s Stewart’s description:“Try your luck on this one - or test your patience! The seven polyomino-type pieces of Slot Machine are inserted...
