Description

Neighburr is one heck of a caged burr. The pieces are nicely chunky with a pleasing heft to them, the woods are gorgeous, and the burr puzzle design is really fun! Too often the burr design gets fairly unstable and a pain to properly hold the pieces in place to finish taking them apart or to reassemble. But Neighburr stays fairly stable for most of the solve and loves to mess with you by letting you move the burr sticks really far in one direction or another without letting go. It's a mean one!

Neighburr has a 34.3.2 move count, and several possible assemblies. So to get the intended assembly, the pieces have been color-coded into pairs they need to be paired with. So don't go mixing neighborhoods!

The woods are koto (white), kirandy (yellow) and redheart with a rosewood frame. Despite how the black frame looks like ebony, it's actually rosewood instead.

SDBB is a fantastic start to Juno's "disguised as a burr" puzzle box series. It really likes to pretend to be a burr, but the solve involves anything but solving an actual burr-style puzzle. Good luck puzzling everything out!I was ecstatic and grateful to get a copy in my hands after solving SDBBB and SDBBM. Matchbox Playground by Péter Gál

Does anyone remembers Oskar's Matchboxes? The solver had 5 matchboxes with a square shell and a box attached to it at different spots from piece to piece, and then they had to be put them together so all 5 boxes would fit inside another matchbox.
