Description

⟬ Metal Fortnight ⟭———17. YOT & YOT II

YOTs I and II from HI-Q Products, sold as a crimefighting duo.  the first is still available, but i haven't seen the second more complicated version in many years.

i think they both came with 1974 Eisenhower silver dollars (with the Liberty Bell on the back), but i swapped it for a '72 dollar (with the eagle) in YOT I because that was my wife's birthday, and for a Morgan dollar in YOT II because Liberty is prettier than Eisenhower.  i suppose technically this coin swap makes them 'modified' puzzles.  feel free to use your own coins, the older the better.

Pyrigan (John Partridge) - Model #360 (2017)
⟬ Metal Fortnight ⟭———12. Pyrigan (John Partridge) - Model #360 (2017) i believe this puzzle may be related to the space probe in the movie Star Trek IV - The Voyage Home.  but the goal is to free the turquoise marble, not to evaporate the oceans to find the whales.  there are small pieces inside, so open it over a towel or tray.  no, that's not a spoiler. also this Model #360 is #36 of 100, which i think is a neat combination of numbers. ...
