Description

This one goes way back.  An original Super Six puzzles branded with the original Mr Puzzle Tamborine logo discontinued in 1998.

The burr has a unique level 7 solution.  It was found in Israel in 1985 by Philippe Dubois although he did not know who invented the puzzle.

Goal:  Disassemble and reassemble the 6 piece burr.
Size:  90mm x 90mm x 90mm
Materials:  This is a Mr Puzzle standard range puzzle made from stained Radiata pine and finished with 2 coats of polyurethane.
Condition: This particular puzzle was display stock when we sold puzzles in the markets; pre-2002.  Well handled! Polished by people playing with it. But no real damage to the puzzle.
There is no packaging or original card or solution with the puzzle but I will reprint a copy of the solution to send with it.

General Information:

This is Brian Young from Mr Puzzle in Australia selling some old doubles I found in my puzzleroom.

If you have any questions you can email me separately at mrpuzzle@mrpuzzle.com.au  But please don’t email and ask to discontinue the auction. All auctions will run their duration. It’s the fairest course for everyone.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (not US Dollars).

We much prefer payment via Wise or other bank transfer. PayPal is also possible.

After the auction please message me first to let me know if you would like standard or express postage. Rates below. Do not pay until I send you the invoice for the full amount.
Cost to ship this puzzle Standard:  Australia AU$15 - NZ AU$28 - US/Canada/Asia  AU$35 - UK/EU/Scandinavia AU$40
Cost to ship this puzzle Express:  Australia AU$18 - NZ AU$45 - US/Canada/Asia AU$53 - UK/EU/Scandinavia AU$58
Other countries please request a quote.

If you buy more than one item I will be happy to combine ship and quote postage based on exact weight. Usually unless a very heavy puzzle is involved it won’t be much different to the single item.

Import duties/tariffs are not included in the final price.  The import duty or tariff rate may be different for every country so please check the rate that applies to your own country.  It is usual practice that import duties or tariffs are paid by the buyer at the point of import or delivery in your own country. USA is the exception. The USA government has mandated that the tariff be paid to them from Australia before we can send the parcel. The tariff percentage for puzzles made in Australia is currently set at 12.5% + Customs clearance fee.
