made from: maple, walnut, and possibly something else.

condition note:

small dents and visible scratches, mostly on the lid. also there are also two opposing joints on the bottom half that were not pressed tightly together when gluing (photo #2, top middle & bottom left). this box has had difficult travels and seen troubling things, but it functions well. (the lesson i learned is Do Not Lend Things To Uncautious People.)
