I’ve made so many of this design that I can’t even remember how many, it’s one of my favourites of Stewart’s designs. I often would make them when making a fresh batch of wood sticks for cube designs and when I last did that I mistakenly glued up a version that ended up being only 3 pieces instead of 4. It seems hard to believe that it's been almost 20 years since I first made a small run of this clever packing puzzle design in 2006. William has graciously allowed me to offer up another run as there were only a dozen copies made in 2006.The original metal version was William’s exchange puzzle at the IPP21 in Tokyo.This version is made using many wood varieties and includes a Stand.
