Description

I recall making this design many years ago however the sticks I used then had a flatter profile. I happened to have some BAZ stock that suited this puzzle much better so decided to make a few. I also added a stand to display the puzzle.

Woods in this particular puzzle are Chechen& Purpleheart & Padauk & Sapele & Makore with a 2-Piece Stand from Walnut.

Puzzle & Stand have been lacquered and buffed to a nice sheen.

Chequered Binary Cube by Kevin Holmes/Jacques Haubrich

This is an early design by Jacques and features 11 checkered pieces that are nicely crafted by Kevin. Pieces are Maple and Padauk.The main goal is to create a cube from all of the pieces, with additional goals of removing a piece to form a hollow cube.
