The Portal Puzzle Box is the most recent puzzle crafted by the very popular Dee Dixon of DedWood Crafts

Measuring approximately 6 x 4 x 3 inches, this puzzle is heavily constructed with a portal on all four sides.

As can be seen in picture #1, there are a couple of small holes on the side and top of the box.  Is this a clue on how it opens?  This complex puzzle can be solved in 12-14 steps.  

Dee's puzzles can be challenging to open for many but well worth the attention and time.
