This a very old puzzle that was created by Akio Kamei in 1995. I have solved the puzzle a few times and the puzzle works great. There is one small dent on the underside of the puzzle (see photo 3). And these are some very tiny scratches on the sides as seen in photo 4,5,6.
Description KCG:
The plates on both side move, but nothing happens. You'll have to find another way to open it.
