Seller was very prompt, efficient & proactive by contacting me within an hour after auction closed offering to mail it that afternoon at the post office, finalize payment and sending me the tracking number. I received the puzzle 3 days later and have been enjoying it ever since! I’d definitely purchase from this reliable seller again and found the PuzzleParadise site easy to navigate, bid on and purchase from this first time through. I’m looking forward to selling puzzles here myself very soon! The only thing I missed on the site on my iPhone since this was my first purchase was where to view and print invoice to send payment, my error. It turned out in this seller and I knew each other and after contacting me, being as proactive as he is, I saw the purchase awaiting confirmation in my PayPal account which I approved and sent.
