Rare Keith Winegar "27-Piece Jigsaw Cube" – 3D Interlocking Wooden Masterpiece

Up for auction is a stunning, handcrafted 27-Piece Jigsaw Cube by the renowned American puzzle maker Keith Winegar (Winegar Puzzle Works). This is not your typical 3D puzzle; it is an incredible feat of woodworking and precision.

• ​The Design: While many cubes use "polycube" pieces (multiple blocks joined together), this design consists of 27 individual cubes, each precisely cut with 3D jigsaw tabs and blanks on every face.
• ​The Challenge: Every piece must be oriented and interlocked perfectly to form the solid 3 times 3 times 3 cube. The uniform wood grain and identical piece dimensions make this a formidable "blind" assembly challenge.
• ​Craftsmanship: Hand-cut from a single block of premium hardwood (appears to be Cherry or Walnut). When solved correctly, the natural wood grain flows seamlessly across the faces—a hallmark of Winegar’s meticulous work.
• ​Condition: Excellent. The joints are snug, and the wood has a beautiful, aged patina. No broken tabs or significant wear.
• ​Dimensions: Approximately 3" x 3" x 3" (standard size for this edition).
