Kel’s Riddle Raffle - Goldie Locked Puzzle

Well, here we are about to wrap up the tenth and final Tea Box puzzle design.  

As you all likely already know, the Tea Box puzzle series was in honour of my Gran, who sat me down and gave me puzzles to slow me down a little.  Bless her heart, she loved tea and keeping my mind busy. This very special design will feature a newly minted shiny gram of gold bullion as it’s treasure. 

I would like to thank everyone for participating in this fun retrofit puzzle series.  To make this a little more exciting, I would like to give 2 copies away, Gran would have liked that.  

So, here you will see the riddle in its coded form.  It may very well be undecipherable until you can access the Codex.  Then once you will be able to decode, you hopefully solve the riddle.  

To keep this as fair as I can, once the codex has been purchased, I will email you the codex.  This only gives you the opportunity to enter as it will be linked to your email address that has been recorded.  Anyone else answering online, or sending an email with an answer will not be considered valid.  

In this way, even if you get the codex days before the end Raffle date, you will still have an equally fair chance.

On February 28th at noon at Central Time Zone, the first two folks to answer exactly correct will be the winners.  

The winners will be announced on February 15th via a private message.  If you don’t mind being singled out as the winner, please advise.
